Indian Stock Market Closes Positively; Sensex and Nifty Gain
The Indian stock market ended the day on a strong note. The BSE Sensex surged by 375.61 points, closing at 81,183.93, while the Nifty 50 climbed 84.25 points to reach 24,852.15. The market’s upward momentum was driven by buying activity in select sectors, overcoming earlier concerns related to global cues and weaknesses in the banking sector.
HINDUNILVR, SHRIRAMFIN, ICICIBANK, ITC and BRITANNIA were the top gainers and ONGC, TECHM, BPCL, TATASTEEL, and HINDALCO were among the top losers of Nifty 50.

54th GST Council Meeting
